Antimildew and insect resistant treatment: hydrogen peroxide boiling and high tempreture carbonization
Adhesive: glue of E0 or E1 standard

Surface treatment: coating finished or oil finished; regularly 7 layers of coating (5 layers of base coating and 2 layers of top coating)
Coating roughness: middle range
Coating glossy sheen: usually 30 degree, but we can produce any sheen in the range of 6 to 75
Coatings anti-scratch performance: depends on the different coating brands
Moisture content: from 6% to 12%; depends on the different end markets
Density: about 1100kgs/m3
